By registering as a member, you can shop more smoothly.
Please enter the necessary information on the member registration screen, check the contents on the confirmation screen, and press "Register as member" to automatically register as a member.

After registration is completed, registration details will be sent to the registered email address.

About the order procedure

Please purchase using the procedure below.

① When you find your favorite product, please refer to the photo to check the size, color, material, specifications, and delivery time. Please select the size, color and quantity on the product details screen and press the "Add to Cart" button.
Your order details will be displayed.

②In the shopping cart, check the contents of the cart and press the "Proceed to Purchase" button.
If you wish to make additional purchases, please press the "Return to Cart" button, and if you have completed your shopping, please press the "Select Shipping Method" button.

③ Add delivery address
“For those who are registered as members”
For home delivery, please proceed to "Payment". If you are shipping to a location other than your home, please select "Change" under "Delivery Address" and select the delivery address, or enter all information such as your name and address in "New Delivery Address".

"Purchase without registering as a member"
Please enter the recipient's name, address, and phone number as instructed on the screen, then select and enter your payment method in "Payment."

④Choose your payment method and press the "Complete Order" button.
You can pay using the following payment methods at our store.

⑤When using a coupon, please enter the "coupon code" and press the "Complete Order" button. Please note that we cannot accept changes or cancellations after the order has been received.

Returns/Cancellations/Exchanges

About returns, cancellations, and exchanges

  • As all products are made to order, we do not accept changes or cancellations after the order has been placed.
  • If there is a problem with the product, please contact us using the inquiry form within 3 days after receiving the product. Please note that if we do not contact you within 3 days, we may not be able to accept your return.
  • In the event that the product is damaged, does not match what you ordered, or is defective due to our shop's negligence, we will cover the shipping costs and replace the item as soon as possible.
  • We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer convenience.

About repairs

We also have three delivery deadlines for each price. It is divided by the maximum date from order to shipment, but depending on the order status, it may arrive earlier.
