If there is an initial defect, we will take responsibility for dealing with it. If you have any problems after receiving the product, please contact us immediately using the inquiry form.

If you wish to have your bag repaired, please follow the steps below.

  1. Contact Us : If you have any issues, please contact us at info@otnekebanat.com . If you can attach the entire image and the damaged image, we can respond smoothly.
  2. Confirmation of delivery date and cost : Based on the information provided by the customer, we will contact you with an estimate and delivery date. Please configure your settings so that you can receive emails from info@otnekebanat.com .
  3. Repair : Please send us the product and we will begin repairing it. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please bear the shipping costs when sending it to us.
  4. Return : Once the repair is complete, the product will be returned to you. We do our best to return the product in the best possible condition.

  1. Zipper replacement : If you use it for a long time, the zipper may deteriorate. In this case, we will replace the zipper.
  2. Sewing repair : Seams may become frayed due to strong friction. We will sew reinforcements to make it usable again.
